Backend command line switches

Doom+ has a number of 'switches' which can be used to modify the game. Some of these are the same as the original version, but many more have been added to allow control over the many new features that are available.

-focalangle <angle> 2.10 Specifies the angle as which eyes will be focused. For reasons which are not obvious to me, coincident images appear at half the distance that the automap (which shows the two viewpoints) indicates that it should. By default this is 1.0. '3D variant' only

-redgamma <gamma> 2.10 Specifies the gamma level (0-4) at which the red image will be produced. This may be useful if the red lens is 'darker' than that of the green lens. By default this is 0. '3D variant' only
